Plastic Geocomposites production line and technology Geomat takes compact 3D PP or PE net as matrix, and laminates withnonwoven geotextile fabric heat bonded to one or both sides.Such structureprovides gas venting, drainage, and filtration by retaining silt and soil particles while allowing gas and liquids to flow through. It is widely used for surface drainage, erosion prevention and vegetation protection. Geomat is mainly used for drainage of wasteyard, roadbed and surface of highway,railway, tunnel, underground structure, retaining wall, garden, playground and so on. Structure features The Φ120 extruder adopts DC neutral speed control, FUJI or RKC temperature controller. We take the flowage and distribution of raw material into account when we designed the die head and mold. This plant is equipped with automatic counter and edge winder.
